- Aramex shipments cant be opened as per their policy and paid only in Cash.
- For orders delivered via Local Courier; customer can try on items while the courier waits outside. In case of order return; customer bears the shipping fees only+30 EGP.
- For orders delivered via Aramex and in case of order return; customer to inform brand via whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery, Aramex shall pickup item and once we check item condition; cost shall be refunded via Instapay. If not; item to be shipped back to customer in case of damage or clear signs of item being used. All shipping costs are covered by the customer.
